Two private onboard seminars will introduce lesser-known Bordeaux wines selected with expert guidance from Leslie Kellen, with a special emphasis on smaller producers and the often-overlooked appellations of Blaye and Bourg.

Bringing the wines, producers and stories of Bordeaux's Right Bank to life.
South African-born Leslie Kellen has spent more than four decades in the world of wine. Today he is deeply rooted in Blaye on Bordeaux's Right Bank, where he and his wife Clarissa have built a remarkable world around wine, art and hospitality, including La Petite Cave and the Étalon Rouge Vineyard and Winery.
Leslie is also the author of the 2020 Kellen Classification, the first classification devoted to the wines of Blaye and Bourg. His decades of tasting, close relationships with local producers and deep knowledge of these often-overlooked Bordeaux appellations make him an invaluable resource for our Wine Lovers Cruise.
Leslie is working with Suzanne and Steve to help select the Bordeaux wines we will feature during the cruise, with a special emphasis on smaller producers and the lesser-known regions of Blaye and Bourg. The wines and experiences we present onboard will be guided by his expertise and recommendations.
Then we'll have the opportunity to experience that expertise firsthand. Leslie will meet our group in Porto, where he will present a special Bordeaux wine workshop as part of our Taylor's Port wine tour experience — giving us the chance to taste, learn and explore Bordeaux through the perspective of someone who knows these wines and their producers exceptionally well.

Do I need to be a wine expert to enjoy this cruise?
Not at all. This cruise is designed for people who enjoy wine and want to learn more, whether you're already knowledgeable or simply curious. The goal is discovery, not testing anyone's wine vocabulary.
Do I have to participate in every group activity?
No. The special wine events are there to enhance your vacation, not control it. Join the experiences that interest you and spend the rest of your time exploring ports, enjoying Celebrity Equinox or simply relaxing.
What if my spouse or travel companion isn't a big wine drinker?
That's perfectly fine. This is still a wonderful Spain, Portugal and Morocco cruise aboard Celebrity Equinox. There is plenty to enjoy beyond the wine program, and no one is required to participate in every event.
Is the deposit refundable?
The currently reserved group rates include a refundable deposit, giving you more flexibility while planning your 2027 vacation. Specific cancellation terms will be reviewed with you before booking.
Can I book a different stateroom category?
Yes. The pricing shown on this page represents categories in our reserved group space, but we can also check other available stateroom categories and help you choose the cabin that best fits your preferences and budget.
Can I join the cruise even if I cannot attend the webinar?
