We are a family-owned and operated travel agency with a passion for helping clients create unforgettable vacation experiences. The team is led by husband-and-wife duo Suzanne and Steve Klasen, who have been married for over 30 years and share a lifelong love of travel. Their dedication to personalized service and expert travel planning is the heart of the business. Adding a fresh perspective and a shared enthusiasm for adventure is their daughter-in-law, Lauren Klasen, who recently joined the agency as the Office and Business Development Manager and a Travel Advisor.

From Suzanne and Steve’s early cruising adventures, including their honeymoon in Alaska, to family vacations with their children, travel has always been a cornerstone of our lives. My passion for travel began with my very first cruise in 1975, when I was just 8 years old. That early adventure sparked a lifelong love of exploring the world. After a rewarding career in sales and customer service within the semiconductor industry, I knew I wanted to combine my expertise in creating exceptional customer experiences with my love of travel.In 2012, my husband, Steve, and I took a leap of faith and co-founded CruiseOne Show Low, AZ. Since then, we’ve had the joy of helping countless clients craft extraordinary, personalized vacations that turn their dreams into unforgettable memories. It’s truly rewarding to share our passion for travel and to make dream vacations come to life for our clients.

My wife Suzanne and I co-founded CruiseOne Show Low, AZ, 13 years ago, inspired by our love of travel and a passion for helping others create unforgettable experiences. In the beginning, I balanced nurturing our growing travel business with a fulfilling 35-year career in aerospace and defense. After retiring in 2021, I devoted myself full-time to sharing the joy of travel and helping others turn their vacation dreams into reality. Together, Suzanne and I are here to guide you every step of the way toward your next adventure.

Lauren Klasen

Traveling and discovering new cultures have been a lifelong love of mine. I’ve been exploring ever since I can remember! It all started as a kid, road-tripping across the country to my grandparents’ farm in South Dakota. Those early adventures sparked my curiosity and fueled my passion for seeing the world. After high school, I spent three amazing months in Germany (Sprechen Sie Deutsch?) as part of an exchange program. That experience opened the door to exploring Europe, and from then on, I was hooked! My husband’s family introduced me to the joys of cruising, and let me tell you, I fell in love with it! Since then, I’ve been on countless cruises to destinations all over the globe. Now, I want to share my passion for travel with YOU! Whether it’s a dreamy cruise, a relaxing all-inclusive resort, or another unforgettable adventure, I’m here to help you plan the perfect getaway.
