Suzanne and Steve founded the agency in 2012 with a simple goal: provide clients with the kind of thoughtful, responsive travel planning they would want for their own family. Lauren has since joined the business, bringing additional energy, perspective, and support to the team.
Today, clients receive personal guidance from people who know them and care about the success of their vacation—combined with the technology, supplier relationships, buying power, and support of CruiseOne and World Travel Holdings.

Each member of our team brings different experience, strengths, and perspective to the planning process. Together, we provide clients with personal support, detailed research, practical travel knowledge, and responsive service from the first conversation through the return home.
Suzanne Klasen
Owner & Travel Advisor · MCC · ECCSuzanne’s passion for cruising began with her first voyage in 1975, when she was eight years old. After a successful career in semiconductor-industry sales and customer service, she combined her professional experience with her lifelong love of travel and co-founded the agency with Steve in 2012.
She especially enjoys helping clients navigate complex choices, design meaningful itineraries, and find the cruise line, ship, accommodations, and experiences that best fit their individual priorities.

Steve Klasen
Owner & Travel AdvisorSteve co-founded the agency with Suzanne in 2012 while continuing a 35-year career in aerospace and defense. Following his retirement in 2021, he joined the travel business full-time and now applies the same analytical, detail-oriented approach to vacation research and planning.
He enjoys digging into ships, itineraries, pricing, technology, logistics, and the practical differences that may not be obvious from a cruise line’s promotional materials.

Lauren Klasen
Office & Business Development Manager · Travel AdvisorLauren’s love of travel began with childhood road trips and grew through a three-month exchange experience in Germany. After being introduced to cruising by the Klasen family, she developed an enthusiasm for exploring new destinations by ship as well as through land-based vacations.
She brings a fresh perspective to the agency while helping manage daily operations, business development, client communication, and vacation planning.
